Mode of use
The recommended dose is 15 ml twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. The product is in liquid form and can also be taken mixed with foods or beverages.
Dosage as a preventative or as a continued cure:
The use of Depur (10-15 ml of product) diluted in a large glass of water can also be continued for a long period. It is taken in the morning, before having breakfast, and in this way, drainage is facilitated. This type of treatment is often useful also in case of constipation. For a standard cleaning or detoxification treatment, the standard dosage of a tablespoon (15ml) is indicated twice a day, to be diluted in a glass of water and taken, for example, before breakfast and dinner for a period of 15-20 days.
Dosage in acute phase:
In case of an acute problem, whether it is renal colic, urinary blockage from prostate hypertrophy, or biliary colic, the use is done following the course of the colic itself. Generally, it starts with a tablespoon diluted in water every 20-30 minutes, then even for 5-6 times in a row, then one begins to gradually reduce the frequency of intake with the benefit obtained.
At that point, a dosage of 3-4 intakes per day is maintained for 3-4 days, then 2 intakes per day for 6-7 days, and finally, one returns to the standard dosage for the necessary time. Due to the magnesium content, the only side effect that might occur is intestinal stimulation and a possible diarrhea from "excessive drainage". It is enough to suspend the treatment to resolve the issue.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Dietary supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy unless directed by a doctor. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless otherwise indicated by the attending physician. Avoid contact with metal utensils to avoid dispersing the ionic charge. Shake before use. Once opened, store the product preferably in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place, and consume within 60 days.
