Through Pillolastore.com, you can purchase body care, beauty, and health products, just like in a para-pharmacy.
The Pillolastore.com website is always active, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (except for service disruptions or internet issues provided by the service provider).
A pickup option is available throughout Italy, with a representation mandate, via courier.
All Pillolastore.com customers are protected under Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, No. 185 and Legislative Decree of April 9, 2003, No. 70, both regulating distance contracts and e-commerce to protect European consumers. Pillolastore.com fully complies with these decrees, believing that its consumers deserve a simple, clear, transparent, and above all, safe service.
Orders can be completed with a minimum cart value of €15.00.
Once you have selected and added the products to your cart, remember to always verify the ordered quantities (maximum 10 pieces per item, unless otherwise specified) and review the order summary before checkout.
Administrative and logistic preparation fees of €8.99 will be added to the cart total.
Additional Fees for Sensitive Product Storage
To ensure the proper preservation of products requiring storage temperatures between +2°C and +8°C, additional charges of €3 may apply for the inclusion of thermal bags and Polaris ice packs.
These measures are necessary to ensure product integrity during transport, maintaining product quality and effectiveness until delivery.
The additional charges will be automatically calculated during the purchase process and will be clearly indicated in the order summary before final confirmation.

International Shipments and Temperature-Controlled Products
For international shipments, Pillolastore uses packaging designed to best protect the products, including thermal insulation systems and gel ice packs, in order to preserve their quality during transport. However, international shipments may require variable delivery times and be subject to delays by couriers, which are beyond Pillolastore's control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the ideal temperature will be maintained for the entire duration of transport outside Italy. Guarantees of proper product preservation are therefore valid exclusively for shipments made within Italian territory. We invite customers purchasing from abroad products that require temperature control to take this information into account: by proceeding with the order, you knowingly accept the possible risk associated with international shipping.
If a product is visible in the store but out of stock, you can request more information about its restocking times via email or WhatsApp. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.
With over 30,000 items available, it may occasionally happen that a confirmed product is out of stock. In this case, you will be contacted by our support team within 24 hours to choose between:
- replacing the missing product with a similar/alternative product
- waiting for the originally selected product to arrive
- requesting a refund
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of the products, prices, and order-related conditions.
Shipments with delivery to a pickup point (PUDO / Locker)
In the event that delivery to a pickup point is selected (e.g. a locker or affiliated location), the Customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking code provided at the time of order fulfillment.
The tracking code is sent via email and allows the status of the shipment and the availability of the parcel for collection to be checked at any time.
Notifications sent by the courier (SMS/email) are to be considered an additional service that is not guaranteed, as they depend on external systems outside the seller's control.
The parcel will remain available for collection for a limited period determined by the courier, which may vary from one pickup point to another. Once this period has elapsed, the shipment will automatically be returned to the sender.
In the event of non-collection within the specified timeframe:
- return shipping costs will be charged to the Customer
- any costs for re-shipment will be charged to the Customer
In the event of a refund request, the following will be deducted:
- shipping costs incurred
- return costs
- any administrative handling fees
By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (and subsequent amendments and integrations), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the purchased products, may return the goods at their own expense or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance, excluding shipping and administrative management costs (refund handling) by providing the duly completed return form.
For all products — except fresh items — the Customer has 7 WORKING DAYS from the date of receiving the goods to return them, provided they are intact, sealed, and returned with the original packaging (as received).
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the integrity of the goods upon receiving the package and to SIGN WITH RESERVE, allowing the courier to be held responsible in case of damages caused during transport.
The courier, by law (Art. 1693 Civil Code), is responsible for damages to the transported goods from the moment of receipt until delivery, unless it can prove that the loss or damages resulted from:
- accidental events,
- the nature or defects of the item,
- inadequate packaging,
- or negligence of the sender or recipient.
If a problem arises due to a PillolaStore error during order processing (non-conformity) or delivery, all return shipping and administrative costs will be covered by us.
Otherwise, for reasons such as ordering mistakes with already shipped orders or a change of mind, direct logistical preparation costs plus administrative management fees (€7.99 total) will be deducted from the refund.
The CUSTOMER must complete the RETURN FORM and send it via email to [email protected] for acceptance, attaching any photos if the packaging or some products are damaged.
The Customer must return the received goods at their own expense using a traceable shipment — with a courier of their choice — to the PillolaStore address: Via Tre Settembre, 73/75 - 47891 Dogana (RSM).
The shipment remains the Customer's full responsibility until confirmed receipt at the warehouse. In case of damages during transport, PillolaStore will notify the Customer so they can file a claim with the courier.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be inspected to assess their condition, integrity, and any potential health risks due to improper use or storage. In such cases, the right of withdrawal will be void.
