       L-carnitine tartrate
The choice of carnitine in the tartrate form is due to its greater efficacy and stability over time. In the human body, carnitine is partly produced by the liver, kidneys, and brain and partly from food. In vegetarian diets, carnitine is absent; in this case, supplementation is often recommended to avoid physical and mental fatigue. The pro-energy action of carnitine is carried out in the mitochondria of the heart and skeletal muscles, where lipids are transported to be transformed into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy source necessary for life.
       Magnesium and potassium
They are trace elements involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions such as electrical stability of cells, integrity of cell membranes, contractility of muscle tissues, conductivity of nerve cells. Their deficiency may lead to fatigue, muscle cramps, and also contribute to menstrual pain and headaches. The presence of these two trace elements in the formulation can serve as a useful replenishment of magnesium and potassium depletion.
       Phosphorus
It is involved in all energy processes: without phosphorus, biological energy cannot be produced, as it is essential for converting food into energy. Its main actions are: stimulating muscle contraction, especially the regular contractions of the heart.        Vitamin B1
It promotes and supports the trophism of numerous tissues, especially nervous tissue both centrally and peripherally (sensitive and motor nerves). It also participates in the formation of acetyl coenzyme A, which is essential in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

Sorbitol; monobasic potassium phosphate; magnesium carbonate; vitamin C; flavor (on maltodextrins and gum arabic); zinc gluconate 13.5%; magnesium oxide; anti-caking agent: amorphous silica; L-carnitine tartrate; sucralose; vitamin B6; vitamin B1; sunset yellow coloring E 110 food additive; vitamin B12.

Usage instructions
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, it is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets per day, preferably in the morning or early afternoon with plenty of water.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water and mix. Avoid, if possible, acidic and/or carbonated drinks for sachet dissolution.

Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, color variations from batch to batch are possible.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
