Vulnamin Spray 30Ml

Adjuvant in healing processes.
It is a medical device manufactured in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. It is intended to promote the restoration of the moist microenvironment in particularly dry wounds while supporting the cleaning and granulation phase of non-dried skin lesions.
Interactive dressing based on hyaluronic acid sodium and amino acids building blocks of collagen, in a fluid gel formulation, aimed at promoting granulation tissue formation and tissue regeneration. It also facilitates wound cleaning.
Vulnamin spray protects the integrity of the skin, being used in the early stages of lesions with a preventive effect on their evolution. In skin lesions of various origins, Vulnamin spray facilitates cleaning and granulation tissue formation, thus aiding the regeneration of the damaged area. Additionally, Vulnamin spray reduces inflammatory infiltrate and at the same time stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen.
The versatile formulation of Vulnamin spray allows its use also in hard-to-reach areas and areas particularly painful on contact. Application on skin not yet ulcerated but showing prodromal signs of ulcer development helps maintain a protective microenvironment on the skin's integrity. In the treatment of skin ulcers of various origins, with delayed healing, lesions with medium or scant exudate, whether cleaned or colonized, whether flat or cavitary, Vulnamin spray facilitates cleaning and supports the restoration of tissue repair. Do not use on outright infections. For colonized lesions, pair with an antibacterial secondary dressing.

Usage modes
Spray Vulnamin spray onto the skin affected by pre-ulcerative lesions 1 or 2 times a day. Vulnamin spray is also indicated in non-necrotic, non-infected ulcerative skin lesions (red phase). The interval between dressing changes primarily depends on the wound condition. Dressing should be changed based on wound exudation; it is recommended to change every other day or, at most, every three days. Clean and disinfect the lesion and spray an appropriate amount of product, using an auxiliary dressing suitable for the wound condition.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine HCl, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propylene glycol, EDTA tetrasodium.

Precautions
Remove any foreign material from the wound by spraying physiological solution from inside the wound outward. Before dressing, wash hands thoroughly. After cleaning the area to be treated, gently pat the wound with gauze to remove excess blood. If no further intervention is needed, after cleaning the wound, apply Vulnamin spray as described in the usage instructions.
Prohibited in case of confirmed hypersensitivity to the components. No overdose phenomena are known. No side effects are known. Interactions with drugs and medicinal substances are not known. Although no secondary effects are known during pregnancy and breastfeeding, application should be performed under medical supervision.
Vulnamin spray is a product characterized by good tolerance; occasionally, sensations of burning may occur, due to the hypertonicity of the product that makes it effective in cleaning. This sensation usually resolves spontaneously.
The expiration date applies to unopened, properly stored products. For external use only. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not sterilize. Do not use if the package is open or damaged. Do not use in case of confirmed hypersensitivity to the components. The use of drying materials in conjunction with Vulnamin spray is not recommended. Keep out of reach of children. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Storage
Vulnamin spray should be stored at a temperature between 8° and 30°C. Do not store in the refrigerator. Keep in a cool, dry place, protected from humidity and heat sources.
