Prebiotic supplement based on soluble fiber extracted from fruit and vegetables (inulin and FOS).
- Osmotic function: ensures that the right amount of water is present in the intestine to guarantee natural transit: signals it when needed, fighting constipation, or promotes its reabsorption when transit is too fast.
- Not absorbed: digestive enzymes do not attack it. Therefore, it is not digested and the intestinal bacterial flora uses it optimally.
- Has prebiotic effect: guarantees the development and growth of lactidic bacterial flora, mainly composed of Bifidobacteria, with all the benefits related to the well-being of the intestine and the organism.
- Regulates intestinal activity: acts exclusively at the biochemical level (for example, by varying pH or controlling osmotic balance), without irritating the intestine.
- Modulates the absorption of sugars introduced with the diet.
- Reduces blood fat levels, favoring the activity of Bifidobacteria, capable of counteracting enzymes that control the synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.
- Does not interact with the absorption of nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, and manganese and has no effects on the absorption of drugs, because it does not accelerate intestinal transit.
- Does not cause bloating by counteracting the growth of ""dangerous"" intestinal bacterial flora. Useful in alterations of bowel habits, irritable colon syndrome, diverticulosis, proctitis, hemorrhoids, intestinal dysmicrobisms, and glycolipid metabolism disorders.

Ingredients
Inulin; short-chain fructooligosaccharide; anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions for use
Dissolve in hot or cold beverages or add to food preparations, soups, or desserts.
Soluble both cold and hot and withstands cooking perfectly.
At the recommended doses, it can also be taken by children, pregnant women, and people with common intestinal disorders (diverticulosis, inflammatory bowel diseases, intestinal dysmicrobisms, etc.).
Adults: about 5 grams per day, equivalent to 4 level teaspoons.
Pediatric:
- up to 2 years 1.25 grams per day, equivalent to 1 coffee teaspoon;
- from 2 to 8 years: 2.5 grams per day, equivalent to two coffee teaspoons;
- from 8 years onwards: 5 grams per day, equivalent to 4 coffee teaspoons.
As a laxative: starting from 10 grams per day.
