Payment Methods

Paying by credit card is fast and secure, without being redirected to an external page: all transactions are completed directly on the checkout page. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, and Maestro. Please note that debit cards are not supported.

Our system ensures data protection through advanced 128-bit SSL encryption, safeguarding all information entered from unauthorized use. The transaction is processed in real-time, with immediate payment confirmation.

The payment process with Alma is simple:
– To activate the option for payment in 2 or 3 installments, select Alma as the payment method during checkout;
– Enter your card details as you would for a traditional payment, and your order will be validated immediately.

Installment payments are accepted only for orders over €50.
Warning: Installment payments with Alma are not allowed for products containing Hyaluronic Acid.

PayPal is a payment system that allows transactions without sharing card details with the final recipient of the payment: the system does not transmit sensitive card data linked to the account.
If the customer chooses to pay with PayPal, they will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can choose between:

• making the payment by logging into their personal PayPal account;
• making the payment without being registered, using any credit card;

The amount will be charged directly to the credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express) or prepaid card (Postepay).
The PayPal payment method ensures immediate order processing.

Pillolastore also allows payment with Paypal Pay in 3 installments:

Paying with PayPal in installments is a flexible and convenient option that allows you to divide the total cost of a purchase into 3 monthly installments, making your budget more manageable without having to pay the entire amount in one go.
Once the installment option is confirmed, PayPal will immediately charge the first installment at the time of purchase, while subsequent installments will be automatically taken from your PayPal account or associated credit/debit card, at monthly intervals. You will receive reminders by email before each charge, so you are always informed about the deadlines.

By choosing the "Bank Transfer" payment method, the customer can make the payment by transferring the amount to the specified bank details provided at the end of the order process.

The bank details will also be displayed upon completing the transaction.

If the bank transfer is not made within 48 hours after placing the order, the order will be canceled.
The package will be shipped as soon as the transfer is credited.

If you prefer a more traditional method such as cash on delivery, this option allows you to complete your purchase, receive the goods, and pay the total order amount directly to the courier, but only in cash (please prepare the exact amount as the courier is not authorized to give change).

Note: Cash on delivery has an additional fee of €4, which will be added to the order total. This amount will be clearly indicated in the order summary (checkout) before final confirmation.

Important Information on Payment Methods

We inform our valued customers that cash on delivery is not available for the following regions:

• Sicily
• Sardinia
• Smaller Islands
• Campania
• Calabria

In these regions, an alternative payment method must be chosen during the purchase process. Please opt for payment via PayPal, credit card, or other electronic payment methods available on our website.
