Description
Metarecod is a medical device useful for the treatment of metabolic syndrome and the rebalance of altered metabolic parameters such as cholesterol levels, triglycerides, glucose, and abdominal circumference values.
Metarecod, thanks to the combination of all the components of its formulation, acts by modifying the physical characteristics of the intestinal contents, diluting the concentration of fats and carbohydrates, and in particular:
- making the absorption of these substances more gradual (retard effect), while simultaneously reducing the total amount absorbed;
- rebalancing the intestinal flora, useful for a faster and more stable improvement of metabolic functions;
- normalizing intestinal transit, which further promotes the elimination of fats (cholesterol and triglycerides) and carbohydrates (including glucose).
Furthermore, the product reduces the reabsorption of bile acids contributing to rebalance circulating cholesterol levels and, thanks to its viscosity, interposes between the intestinal contents (rich in fats as well as any irritating substances) and the mucosa, promoting protection.
All of this promotes better utilization of nutrients by the liver, promoting the stabilization of blood glucose, blood cholesterol, triglycerides, and a decrease in abdominal circumference. The use of the product must be accompanied by a healthy lifestyle that includes a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
Metarecod is a natural and 100% biodegradable medical device, it does not contain synthetic, semi-synthetic, or genetically modified substances.
Indicated in case of:
- LDL cholesterol levels ≥100 mg/dl or HDL cholesterol <40 mg/dl in males and <50 mg/dl in females;
- triglyceride levels ≥150 mg/dl;
- fasting glucose levels <100 mg/dl (IFG) or altered glucose tolerance (or reduced glucose tolerance) 140-199 mg/dl (IGT);
- high abdominal circumference values even in normal-weight individuals (≥94 cm in males and ≥80 cm in females).

Components
Natural complex based on polysaccharide macromolecules (NeoPolicaptil* Gel Retard, 86%); natural orange and peach flavor; acacia gum; powdered stevia leaves.
Gluten free.

*NeoPolicaptil Gel Retard is a macromolecular complex resulting from Aboca research, created through a production technology that allows obtaining a 100% natural product without synthetic ingredients.

Usage
Indicated for adults and children from 8 years old.
Dissolve one sachet in half a glass of water before the two main meals. Ingest before the obtained drink causes gel formation in the glass. After ingestion, drink an additional half glass of water.
If you forget to take Metarecod before the meal, it can also be taken during the meal. The product cannot be taken directly in the mouth, it must be consumed strictly after dissolving in water.
In the first days of use, phenomena of meteorism may occur that resolve spontaneously during the course of treatment.
For the correct intake of the product by children under 12 years of age, the presence of an adult is recommended.
Although the first improvements occur already after the first month of therapy, it is advisable to take the product for at least 3 months. It is also possible to repeat the treatment cycle multiple times throughout the year.

Warnings
Do not take the product in case of allergy or individual hypersensitivity to one or more of the following raw materials from which the product components derive: Avena sativa, Opuntia Ficus Indica, Amorphophallus konjac, Althea officinalis, Linum usatissimum, Tilia platyphyllos, Cichorium intybus, Stevia rebaudiana, acacia gum.
There are no experimental data on the use of Metarecod during pregnancy and lactation. However, due to the nature of its components, there are no contraindications for taking the product under these conditions.
It should be noted that the treatment of dysglycemia, dyslipidemia, overweight, and metabolic syndrome during pregnancy should be carried out under medical supervision.
It is advisable to take the product at least two hours after taking medications to avoid possible interaction with their absorption.

Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
The expiration date refers to the intact product and correctly stored.
Validity in intact packaging: 36 months.
