Nettle (Urtica dioica)
It is traditionally used for inflammatory conditions of the urinary tract, rheumatic diseases, and gout. Due to its strong anti-inflammatory action, demonstrated through numerous laboratory studies, Nettle is also widely used for allergic disorders. A clinical study conducted on 69 patients with allergic rhinitis showed that using extracts of this plant can reduce related symptoms (58% of patients).
Black Currant (Ribes nigrum)
The plant has a strong anti-inflammatory propensity as well as the ability to detoxify the body from excess purines and uric acid. Using Black Currant significantly reduces the number of inflammatory cells. It acts through direct stimulation of the adrenal cortex (cortison-like action): its administration increases, in fact, the blood concentration of cortisol without possessing the iatrogenic effects of corticosteroids.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza Glabra)
The active principle is glycyrrhizin which, upon hydrolysis, releases two molecules of D-glucuronic acid and one molecule of glycyrrhetinic acid. The anti-inflammatory action of glycyrrhetinic acid has been demonstrated in numerous experimental models. It is admitted that this triterpene acts indirectly by potentiating corticosteroids; in vitro, in fact, glycyrrhetinic acid inhibits D4,5β-reductase, an enzyme responsible for the inactivation of steroid hormones.
Manganese (Mn)
It is active in symptoms accompanying allergies: tearing, nasal discharge, burning sensation in the eyes, itching.
Horseradish (Raphanus niger)
The plant is known for its liver-draining properties and as such contributes to improving allergic manifestations that are triggered or worsened by impaired liver function.
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Numerous clinical studies suggest the use of probiotics as immune stimulants for prevention and as adjuvants in infection and allergy therapies. A possible pathogenic explanation is related to the "hygiene hypothesis," an immunological interpretation of the shift of pathologies from infectious forms to allergic conditions, based on altered conditions of type and intensity of stimuli from the microbial environment, which, along with improved hygiene conditions, has contributed to the development of allergies.

Nettle (Urtica dioica) root	0.943 g
Black currant (Ribes nigrum) leaves	0.471 g
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root	0.236 g
Horseradish (Raphanus niger) root	0.071 g
Lactobacillus acidophilus	0.071 g
Other ingredients: vegetable magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose; cutina; brewer's yeast; manganese gluconate; micronized silica.

Directions for use
Adults: 2 tablets 3 times a day to be swallowed with water.
Up to 12 years: 1 tablet 3 times a day to be swallowed with water.
Recommended dosage for normal-weight subjects.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
