Aminogam spray is a medical device made in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue, and amino acids building blocks of collagen. Aminogam spray supports the tissue regeneration process to promote rapid healing of injured areas and simultaneous pain reduction. The special spray formulation allows easy application even in the most difficult-to-reach areas of the mouth.
It is a fluid characterized by high biocompatibility that exerts a protective action, promoting faster tissue regeneration and, by stimulating fibroblast growth, facilitates the physiological re-epithelialization of the injured area.
Fields of use:
Oral surgery (protection of surgical wounds and sutures).
Extraction surgery (alveolus regeneration and prevention of post-extraction alveolitis).
Regenerative, periodontal and implant surgery.
Pre-prosthetic and orthodontic surgery.
Major and minor laser surgery.
Orthodontic and prosthetic traumas.
Protection of vital stumps in patients with fixed prostheses and dentinal hypersensitivity.
Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa of various etiologies (mucositis, aphthous ulcers, blistering ulcerative lesions such as pemphigus, etc.).

Method of use
Before treatment, perform proper oral hygiene and rinse the mouth thoroughly. Direct the tip of the applicator onto the injured area and spray multiple times evenly until the entire affected area is covered with a uniform layer. It is advisable not to eat or drink or rinse the mouth for at least one hour after application.
Apply a uniform layer by spraying multiple times until the entire affected area is covered. The application can be repeated several times a day (three-four) depending on the severity of symptoms. The treatment can be repeated for 3-4 weeks until symptoms disappear. Prolonged use beyond 30 days should be under medical supervision.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propylene glycol, tetrasodium EDTA.

Warnings
The product does not tend to clog the dispenser, but it is good practice to remove product residues from the applicator using a damp gauze after each use.
Contraindicated in cases of confirmed hypersensitivity to the components.
No known overdose phenomena.
No known side effects.
No known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances.
Although no secondary effects are known during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the doctor will decide whether to prescribe the application.
Aminogam spray is a product characterized by high tolerability, however, rarely local reactions due to hypersensitivity phenomena may occur, which tend to resolve spontaneously.
The expiration date refers to the sealed and properly stored product.
Do not use after the expiration date.

Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
Do not use in case of confirmed hypersensitivity to the components.
Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Aminogam spray must be stored at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. Do not store in the fridge. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from humidity and heat sources.
