Directions for use
For adults only.
1 dose per day in a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
1. Shake before use.
2. Take the dose with the narrower part facing upward.
3. Press down with both thumbs.
4-5. Keep a used dose to help open the next ones.

Do not use if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Not recommended for people allergic to salicylates and those undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Contains traces of EGCG. Contains caffeine (about 5 mg per dose). Keep out of reach of children under three years old. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product does not replace a varied diet. Should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with regular physical activity.
