Description
Suitable as the sole source of nutrition for the special feeding of infants from birth up to 6 months of age, in cases where they are not breastfed. From the completed 6th month onward, and starting from weaning, it should be part of a varied diet and cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition. Weaning should only begin on the advice of the Pediatrician.
BBmilk AR should be used only under Medical supervision.
BBmilk AR powder is a medical food, specifically indicated for the treatment of diagnosed gastroesophageal junction pathology. BBmilk AR powder contains carrageenan seed flour, a natural thickening agent that increases its viscosity. It is a thicker food compared to other infant milks and a teat with appropriate-sized holes is recommended. BBmilk AR powder is suitable for infants from birth to 12 months of age.

Milk pasteurized fresh milk with 3.2% fat (67.5%), demineralized milk serum in powder, vegetable oils (high oleic sunflower, rapeseed, sunflower, coconut), maltodextrins; thickening agent: carrageenan seed flour; lactose from milk, mineral salts (potassium chloride, tripotassium citrate, trisodium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium carbonate, zinc sulfate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate), oil derived from microalga Schizochytrium sp. Usage Instructions
Bottle Preparation
- Before preparing, wash and thoroughly dry hands and sterilize bottles, nipples, and rings;
- Boil the necessary amount of water and pour it into the bottle at 70°C;
- Fill the scoop with the product level and not pressed down;
- Add the prescribed number of level scoops of powder into the bottle;
- Close the bottle and shake to dissolve the powder;
- Before giving it to the infant, check the temperature on the back of the hand; the temperature of the milk should not exceed 37°C.
After use, wash and thoroughly dry the scoop.

*The gradual reduction in the number of feedings accompanies the start of weaning.

Quantities are indicative and may vary at the discretion of the pediatrician depending on the child's age and appetite. A level scoop of BBmilk AR equals 4.5 g, about 22.6 kcal.
BBmilk AR reconstitution is at 13.5%, obtained by adding a level scoop of powder to every 30 ml of water.

Warnings
Improper preparation and storage can cause disorders or health risks for the infant. Follow the instructions carefully.
- It is recommended to prepare the milk only at feeding time and consume it within two hours.
- Do not reheat or boil the prepared milk.
- Do not reuse any leftover milk after the feeding.
- Use only the scoop contained in the package.

Storage
The product is packaged in a protective atmosphere. Shelf life: 24 months.
Once opened, the package must be properly closed and stored in a dry place and away from heat sources (not in the refrigerator); the product should be used within 3 weeks of opening.
