The Coleus Forskohlii is a plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family and from its root, Forskolin is extracted.
It grows in Asian regions and has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to treat obesity-related conditions *.
The Coleus product must be standardized to at least 20% in forskolin to be effective. The recommended dosage is at least 10-60 mg per day. Forskolin Forte Bodyline is standardized to 20% in forskolin, corresponding to a daily intake of 50mg of active ingredient.
*In such doses, forskolin increases the enzyme cyclase, thus causing the breakdown of triglycerides, a factor that leads to weight loss. It also increases lean mass through phosphorylase (an enzyme of fundamental importance that intervenes in the breakdown of glycogen).
