The Conform 2 CeraPlus Soft Convex plate is a medical device to be used with Conform 2 bags for colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy. Square anatomical design plate with rounded corners ensures maximum flexibility and adaptability to body contours, benefiting comfort and adhesion, reducing the risk of leaks.
Made with CeraPlus Hydrocolloid, with Remois technology, infused with ceramides. Ceramide is a natural component of the skin that helps prevent transepidermal water loss which can cause dryness and skin damage. CeraPlus is designed to protect the skin's natural hydration barrier and help keep the peristomal skin healthy from day one.
Soft convex profile thanks to the flexible insert, approximately 6 mm deep, atraumatic, with an anatomically studied design to distribute pressure evenly over the entire affected area.
The adhesive border helps provide greater peace of mind to the patient and increase confidence, especially in case of skin folds and variable topography. Easy to use, no additional products needed. Thinner adhesive at the edges to prevent lifting caused by humidity and movement.

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. GLS and BRT Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered couriers GLS or BRT will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
