Medical device for the management of stress urinary incontinence. Stress or effort urinary incontinence (IUS) is the involuntary loss of urine through the urethra following an increase in abdominal pressure and is the most common form of female incontinence. Symptoms of stress incontinence include involuntary urine leaks that cannot be stopped when exerting a little effort or, for example, when sneezing, laughing, during physical activity or sexual activity. These leaks can consist of a few drops of urine or be more substantial and cause skin irritations at contact points with the skin. Despite its name, stress incontinence is not caused by psychological factors, but secondary symptoms may include anxiety and discomfort due to the embarrassment caused by this disorder. IUS is often experienced with depression and isolation related to the fear of losing control of urinary leakage. Therefore, IUS heavily impacts social relationships, couple intimacy, and, thus, affects the quality of life of those who suffer from it. Diveen is the first fully discreet, invisible, and clinically proven silicone intravaginal medical device suitable for all women experiencing urinary leaks. Diveen was designed and conceived to support the inner vaginal wall beneath the bladder neck. When effort is made, the weight of the bladder exerts pressure on the flexible ring of the device. As a result, the rigid part of Diveen causes the closure of the urethra, significantly reducing the risk of urine leaks. Diveen is easy to use, inserting and removing like a vaginal tampon thanks to the included applicator and the end cord. Diveen does not interfere with the physiological micturition cycle, so it can be kept in place during urination.
How to use
Diveen can be used twice, no more than 12 hours at a time, washed only with water and soap, and stored in a clean, dry place. To prevent risks of urinary tract infections or vaginal irritations, the surface of Diveen does not have micro cavities that could serve as sites for bacterial growth and cause infection. Diveen is made of a non-recyclable material and should therefore be disposed of with domestic waste.
Precautions
Do not use in conjunction with topical medications or medicinal preparations. Remove the device during the night. In case of persistent discomfort or itching, remove the device immediately and consult a doctor. Do not use during pregnancy, after delivery wait for the complete healing of stitches and the end of blood loss before using Diveen. Do not use during menstruation flow.

The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs

Shipping and Delivery Methods

Delivery does not include prior notice and is made only on working days.
