Description
Ecological, 100% natural, and biodegradable cat litter. Naturally clumping.
It comes in granules, which can be classified within a predetermined size range, each with the intrinsic characteristics of the product. The litter has among its other features: high absorbency, lightness, and absence of dust.
Thanks to its composition, it is capable of retaining animal urine, absorbing odors from the decomposition process of liquid and solid waste, and controlling bacterial load inside the containment box.
The litter is biodegradable and has features that allow it to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way via the domestic septic system. Thanks to its formula, the entire production process is energy-efficient, with no processing residues and emissions into the atmosphere or water; due to the product's lightness, even the distribution cycle consumes less energy compared to traditional mineral litters.
The low energy consumption during production is complemented by virtually zero energy consumption during disposal.

Apparent bulk density: 0.46-0.51 kg/l.

*The adhesion test is performed by weighing the total amount of litter that remains adhered to an artificial cat paw when it is rotated at different points in the uniformly distributed litter in a container.

Components
The granules of the litter are composed of 20-50% of fine absorbent fibers, 20-50% of cereal fiber particles, and 0.03-0.1% of a deodorizing/antibacterial blend.
Absorbent fibers are made from FSC-certified wood.
Cereal fibers can be derived from thermally treated and ground cereal grains or from by-products of their processing (e.g., decortication, pearling, etc.).
The deodorizing/antibacterial mixture consists of a blend of tourmalines and silver ions and an inert material with high disinfectant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and antimycotic properties. The antibacterial action of silver is enhanced by the concomitant presence of at least one tourmaline, which, thanks to its ionizing properties, allows the composition to act rapidly on various supports, particularly water or air. As a result, the antibacterial/deodorizing effectiveness extends to the environment surrounding the box containing the litter.

Instructions for use
In its agglomerating formulation, this invention's litter can gel when wetted by urine, forming easily identifiable and removable lumps.
