            serena Plus

Food supplement that helps alleviate the symptoms of menopause, supports the maintenance of healthy bones, and improves the balance of intestinal flora. It does not contain substances derived from GMOs. It does not contain additional preservatives and dyes. It does not contain lactose.
       Isoflavones of soy
Substances that have a structure similar to estrogens, these compounds, known as phytoestrogens, have an affinity for estrogen receptors, mainly β, which corresponds to a mild potency. Phytoestrogens are naturally found in the form of inactive precursors. Once reaching the intestine, they undergo transformations by the gut microbiota into active compounds.
       Probiotic lactic ferments
Lactobacillus sporogenes is a probiotic lactic ferment (beneficial for life). It resists stomach and intestinal juices and reaches the distal part of the small intestine and the colon in a vital form, where it germinates. In particular, Lactobacillus sporogenes produces glucosides, an enzyme that breaks the glucoside bond of soy isoflavones and releases Genistein, Daidzein, and its metabolite Equol, promoting their absorption.
       Agnocastro
The extract of Verix agnus-castus is a titrated phytocomplex called Agnuside. Agnus-castus shows an affinity for binding to estrogen α and β receptors and is a dopamine agonist. It helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms.
       Magnolia
The Magnolia extract is obtained from the cortex, which contains two phenolic compounds, Magnolol and Honokiol, that interact with the GABA A receptor and with the hormone cortisol.
       Vitamin D3 Calcium and Magnesium
They contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Calcium also contributes to normal nerve transmission and normal energy metabolism.

Ingredients
Calcium Carbonate; soy (Glycine Max, Seed) dry extract standardized to 40% isoflavones; stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide; magnolia (Magnolia Officinalis, Bark) dry extract standardized to 1.5% honokiol; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; agnus-castus (Vitex Agnus-Castus L, Fruit) dry extract standardized to 0.5% agnuside; Lactobacillus sporogenes (Bacillus Coagulans); cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.

Contraindications
Studies on safety and handling profile indicate a modest frequency of side effects for the Estromineral line, mainly gastrointestinal. In particular, gynecological, musculoskeletal, and neurological effects showed no different incidence in untreated menopausal women.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
