Description
Flaxseed oil is a dietary supplement made from flaxseed oil and vitamin E. Flaxseed oil promotes lipid metabolism, integrity, and functionality of cell membranes. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Flaxseed oil is obtained by simple cold pressing from the seeds of the plant, without the use of solvents. The addition of vitamin E allows long preservation of all the organoleptic properties of the product. It is a product free from preservatives, OGM free, and non-irradiated. It is a particularly rich oil in omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and omega 6 (linoleic acid) fatty acids. Mammalian cells are unable to synthesize all polyunsaturated fatty acids due to the lack of certain metabolic enzymes, which are present in fish and plants. For this reason, Omega-3 and Omega-6 are called "essential fatty acids" and must be obtained through food (e.g., fish, certain vegetable oils, oily nuts) or through specific supplements. Omega 3s are important for treating inflammation, blood viscosity and pressure, immune activity, and central nervous system activity. Flaxseed oil supports cholesterol reduction, prevents hepatic steatosis, reduces insulin resistance, and inflammation. In case of gout, it can help alleviate sudden and severe joint pain or swelling, symptoms typical of this condition. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) may be linked to a deficiency in omega-3, so this oil can be a helpful aid. Omega-3 deficiency may be related to depression, and increasing essential fatty acids in adolescents’ diet seems to promote the reduction of aggressive behaviors typical of this age group. Omega 3s are important for children for brain and eye development and are useful in treating allergies, asthma, and various skin disorders. As a cosmetic, flaxseed oil has emollient, anti-inflammatory properties in skin conditions, detangling, and shiny effects for hair.

Usage instructions
It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons per day, pure or to flavor raw salads, cereals, soups, pasta. For cosmetic use, apply with a suitable massage until fully absorbed. On hair, distribute as a mask and leave on for 30-60 minutes before shampooing; on dry hair, apply a few drops on the lengths.
