Description
Sterile Medical Device.
The Iriderbe eye drops consist of a sterile isotonic saline solution with physiological pH, completely free of preservatives and enriched with distilled waters of Bilberry, Witch Hazel, Chamomile, Euphrasia with a refreshing action useful for alleviating redness and eye irritation. The combined action of the natural components, Hyaluronic Acid, and Glycerin contained in Iriderbe promotes hydration and ocular lubrication, alleviating redness and discomfort caused by occasional dry eye induced by environmental factors (e.g. sunlight, salt, wind, dust, smoke), prolonged computer use, intense studying, prolonged driving. The product is indicated for frequent and prolonged use and is suitable for use in conjunction with contact lenses to make application easier and usage more comfortable.
Preservative-free.

Instructions for use
Open the protective aluminum pouch and separate one vial from the strip of 5 containers. Rotate and break the cap of the vial, press the body of the vial and instill 2/3 drops in each eye. The vial can be resealed; after instillation, immediately close it with the specific cap and use the remaining content within the next 12 hours. Store unused vials in the aluminum pouch. The product in the vial is for a single patient. The product is compatible with contact lenses.

Components
15% distilled black bilberry water, 5% distilled Witch Hazel water, 5% distilled Chamomile water, 5% distilled Euphrasia water, 0.15% sodium hyaluronate, 0.2% vegetable glycerin, sodium chloride, sodium dibasic phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium monobasic monohydrate phosphate, purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

Warnings
The product is intended for ophthalmic use only. Do not use the product if the aluminum pouch is damaged or if the vials are not perfectly intact. Keep out of reach of children. Before opening the vial for administering the drops, it is advisable to thoroughly clean your hands. During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing tip of the vial. Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even a single component of the formulation. In case of discomfort during use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Any administration of ophthalmic medications should be carried out at least 15 minutes apart from the instillation of the eye drops, especially if they are products containing benzalkonium chloride or other quaternary ammonium salts, to avoid precipitation of hyaluronic acid. The administration of ophthalmic medications simultaneously with the eye drops must be conducted under the supervision of a doctor who can assess the possible interactions. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.

Storage
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, and from direct sunlight exposure, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Validity in unopened package: 36 months.
Validity after first opening: 12 months.

How can I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.


Can I return a product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service

The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
