Important precautionary measures
- The thermometer is exclusively for measuring body temperature.
- The thermometer correctly completes the body temperature measurement only when signaled acoustically by the < >.
- The thermometer contains small components (batteries, etc.) that can be swallowed by children. Never leave the thermometer within reach of children.
- Protect the thermometer from shocks.
- Avoid tilting the probe beyond 45°.
- Avoid ambient temperatures above 60 °C: do not boil the thermometer.
- Use only disinfectants listed in the < > section to clean the thermometer. The thermometer must be intact when immersed in disinfectant liquid.
Mode of use
Turning on the thermometer:
To turn on the thermometer, press the button next to the display; a short acoustic signal indicates that the thermometer is on. A display test is performed automatically.
All icons should appear on the display.
When the ambient temperature is below 32 °C, an < > (Low – temperature too low to be detected) will appear on the display and a <<°C>> flashing at the top right. The thermometer is now ready for use.
Instructions for use:
Choose the preferred measurement method.
During measurement, the temperature is continuously displayed on the screen and the <<°C>> symbol flashes.
When the temperature increase is less than 0.1 °C every 16 seconds, the acoustic signal (beep-beep-beep-beep for 10 times) will notify that the temperature measurement is complete, the <<°C>> symbol will stop flashing, and the thermometer will be ready for reading the body temperature.
To extend battery life, turn off the thermometer after use by briefly pressing the on/off button.
The thermometer will automatically turn off after about 10 minutes.
Recording measured values:
If you hold the button for more than three seconds when turning on the thermometer, the last measurement temperature will automatically appear on the display, and a small < > will indicate that the reading is stored in memory.
After 3 seconds, this value will disappear and the thermometer will revert to normal measurement mode.
The stored value is cleared.

You can then pay the total amount in cash to the courier upon delivery. For bank transfer payments, there are no additional costs in the order, but your bank may apply its usual transfer fee.
How can I know when my order will arrive?
You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.
Can I return a product?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured. If you wish to have insured shipping, you need to check the "Insured Shipping" option available on the payment page, under the "Additional Costs" section. The surcharge for insured shipping is €5.
