In dogs:
For the treatment and prevention of infestations by fleas and/or ticks where repellent activity
(anti-feeding) against sand flies, horse flies, and/or mosquitoes is necessary.


Fleas
Treatment and prevention of infestations by Ctenocephalides felis fleas and prevention of
infestations by Ctenocephalides canis fleas. One treatment prevents subsequent flea infestations for 4 weeks. The product can be used as part of a strategic treatment for flea allergy dermatitis, where it has been previously diagnosed by a veterinarian.

• Ticks
Treatment and prevention of infestations by ticks (Dermacentor reticulatus, Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus). One treatment eliminates (Dermacentor reticulatus, Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) and repels (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) ticks for 4 weeks from the treatment and repels Dermacentor reticulatus for a period from 7 days up to 4 weeks from the treatment.


• Mosquitoes and sand flies
Repels (anti-feeding activity) sand flies (Phlebotomus perniciosus) for 3 weeks and mosquitoes (Culex pipiens, Aedes albopictus) for 4 weeks. Eliminates sand flies (Phlebotomus perniciosus) and mosquitoes (Aedes albopictus) for 3 weeks.
Reduction of the risk of infection by Leishmania infantum transmitted by sand flies (Phlebotomus
perniciosus) up to 4 weeks. The effect is indirect due to the product's activity against the vector.


• Horse flies
Repels (anti-feeding activity) and eliminates horse flies (Stomoxys calcitrans) for 5 weeks.


CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
Do not use in cats or rabbits, as potentially lethal adverse reactions may occur (see SPECIAL WARNINGS).
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or to any of the excipients (see SPECIAL WARNINGS).


ADVERSE REACTIONS
Transient skin reactions at the application site (skin discoloration, local alopecia, itching,
redness) and generalized itching, alopecia, and erythema have been reported very rarely after
use.
Reversible neurological disorders (increased sensitivity to stimuli, hyperactivity, muscle trembling,
depression, ataxia, and other nerve disorders), vomiting, anorexia, and hypersalivation have been reported
very rarely after use.
If the dog licks the application site, transient hypersalivation
and vomiting may be observed.
The frequency of adverse reactions is defined using the following conventions:
-very common (more than 1 in 10 treated animals show adverse reactions)
-common (more than 1 but less than 10 animals in 100 treated animals)
-uncommon (more than 1 but less than 10 animals in 1,000 treated animals)
-rare (more than 1 but less than 10 animals in 10,000 treated animals)
-very rare (less than 1 animal in 10,000 treated animals, including isolated reports).

this leaflet or if the medicine is thought not to have worked, please inform the veterinarian.

How much does payment cost?

If you choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal, there are no additional payment fees. However, if you prefer to pay cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of €4.00, which will be added to the total order amount. You can then pay the total amount in cash to the courier upon delivery. For bank transfer payments, there are no additional costs in the order, but your bank may apply its usual transfer fee.


How can I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.


Can I return a product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS and BRT Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service

The partnered couriers GLS or BRT will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
