Multivitamin and multimineral dietary supplement for pregnancy, with sweeteners and melatonin. Rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Iodine, Iron, and Folate. With sweeteners, ginger flavor. It is indicated in case of: increased requirements during pregnancy; low dietary intake of vitamins and minerals during pregnancy; the orodispersible formulation may be useful for women who cannot swallow capsules.
Does not contain gluten.
       Melatonin
Hormone produced by a gland located at the base of the brain (called pineal). In the human species, there is a correlation between the circadian rhythm of melatonin and that of many hormones: during pregnancy, nighttime levels of melatonin in maternal blood gradually increase until the 36th week, while daytime levels remain constant. It is one of the few hormones that freely crosses the placenta, and the levels of melatonin in the fetus are regulated by those in maternal blood.
       Folic Acid
Involved in the process of cell division and contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and to the normal synthesis of amino acids; it also contributes to the normal production of red blood cells. It is indicated in the prevention of certain congenital defects; it reduces the risk of neural tube defects and, perhaps, other congenital malformations.
       Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, and niacin
Contribute to normal energy metabolism and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Furthermore, pantothenic acid also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
       Vitamin D
Contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium.
       Calcium
Contributes to normal muscle function.
       Iron
Contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body and contributes to the normal function of red blood cells. Its requirement increases during pregnancy.
       Fluorine
Contributes to the maintenance of the mineralization of enamel.
       Iodine
Assists in the normal production of thyroid hormones.
       Magnesium
Contributes to normal energy metabolism and also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
       Zinc
Involved in cell division processes and contributes to normal protein and DNA synthesis. Furthermore, it contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress (free radicals).

Sweetener: sorbitol; calcium carbonate; magnesium oxide; maltodextrins; iron fumarate; nicotinamide (vitamin PP); acidity regulator: citric acid; manganese sulfate; flavoring; zinc oxide; calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid); flavoring; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); sweetener: sucralose; riboflavin (vitamin B2); thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); sodium fluoride; melatonin; sweetener: acesulfame K; pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folate); potassium iodide; sodium selenite; D-biotin (vitamin H).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day to be dissolved directly in the mouth, preferably without water. In special cases, the product can be dissolved in a glass with a little water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered replacements for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The expiration date refers to the product stored correctly, in an intact package.
