Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement for pregnancy, with sweeteners and melatonin. Rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Iodine, Iron, and Folate. With sweeteners, ginger flavor. It is indicated in case of: increased requirement during pregnancy; poor dietary intake of vitamins and minerals in pregnancy; the orodisperible formulation may be useful for women who cannot swallow capsules.
Does not contain gluten.
Melatonin
Hormone produced by a gland located at the base of the brain (called pineal). In humans, there is a correlation between the circadian rhythm of melatonin and that of many hormones: during pregnancy, the nocturnal levels of melatonin in the maternal blood gradually increase up to the 36th week, leaving the diurnal levels constant. It is one of the few hormones that freely crosses the placenta, and fetal melatonin levels are regulated by those of the maternal blood.
Folic acid
Involved in the process of cell division and contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and to the normal synthesis of amino acids; also contributes to the normal production of red blood cells. It is indicated in the prevention of some congenital defects; reduces the risk of neural tube defects and possibly other congenital malformations.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, and niacin
Contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Additionally, pantothenic acid also helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.
Vitamin D
Contributes to normal calcium absorption and utilization.
Calcium
Contributes to normal muscle function.
Iron
Contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the normal function of red blood cells. Its need increases during pregnancy.
Fluoride
Contributes to the maintenance of enamel mineralization.
Iodine
Supports the normal production of thyroid hormones.
Magnesium
Contributes to normal energy metabolism and also helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.
Zinc
Involved in cell division processes and contributes to normal protein and DNA synthesis. Additionally, it supports the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress (free radicals).

Sweetener: sorbitol; calcium carbonate; magnesium oxide; maltodextrins; fumaric acid; nicotinamide (vitamin PP); acidity regulator: citric acid; manganese sulfate; aroma; zinc oxide; D-pantothenate calcium (pantothenic acid) flavor; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); sweetener: sucralose; riboflavin (vitamin B2); thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); sodium fluoride; melatonin; sweetener: acesulfame K; pteroil-monoglutamic acid (folate); potassium iodide; sodium selenite; D-biotin (vitamin H).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day to be dissolved directly in the mouth, preferably without water. In particular cases, the product can be dissolved in a glass with a little water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyalcohols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place away from light. The expiration date refers to the product properly stored in an intact packaging.
