ICE BAG
Resistant fabric ice bag with screw-on cap and sealing gasket. Interior in PVC that ensures long-lasting ice retention. Diameter measurements 25-28-31 cm.
Useful against swellings: vasoconstriction caused by cold slows down the inflammatory process in the tissues, limits swelling caused by blood and fluid accumulation in the affected area, and consequently also alleviates pain.
How to use
Fill the bag with potable water ice. Before closing the cap, expel excess air and apply to the painful area. After a few minutes of use, turn the ice bag upside down and check that the water produced by the melted ice does not leak from the cap.
It is preferable not to use the ice bag in direct contact with the skin to avoid burns caused by excessive cold, better to use a protection, such as a handkerchief or a towel.
Do not leave the device unattended during use and do not place it on appliances, hot surfaces, or sharp-edged objects, but only on inert surfaces that are not sensitive to temperature and/or accidental spillage of liquids.

How can I know when my order will arrive?
You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.
Can I return a product?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
