Isotonic saline solution 0.9%.
Libenar vials are suitable for newborns, children, and adults:
- for nasal hygiene: by instillation or cleaning (washing) in case of dry or congested nose;
- for ocular hygiene: for instillation, cleansing, or rinsing;
- for ear hygiene;
- for wound cleaning;
- for inhalation in aerosol therapy.
Usage modes
Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Detach a single-dose vial and unscrew the top part to open it.
The product can be used daily for nose and eye hygiene, from 1 to 6 cleansings per day, as needed.
- For nasal hygiene: by instillation or cleaning (washing) in case of a blocked or dry nose.
Tilt your head to the side.
Carefully introduce the tip of the vial into the nostril and gently press the single-dose vial.
Repeat the operation for the other nostril.
Return the head to an upright position to allow mucus to drain, then remove excess.
Do not blow your nose violently for the 10 minutes following administration.
In newborns, instill the product applying minimal pressure to avoid any risk of middle ear contamination.
- For eye hygiene: for instillation, cleansing, or rinsing.
Squeeze a few drops of the solution into each eye.
Remove excess liquid with a sterile gauze.
Do not let the single-dose vial contact the surface of the eye.
If using another eye product, start with the isotonic vials, then wait 15 minutes before instilling the other product.
The solution is compatible with contact lenses.
- For ear hygiene.
Rinse. For proper ear hygiene, after using a surfactant solution for ears, use the product to remove solubilized earwax sediments and rinse the outer ear canal.
A single-dose vial can be used for both ears.
Remove excess liquid with a gauze.
- For wound cleaning.
Rinse the wound using the entire solution contained in the single-dose vial.
Remove excess liquid only from healthy skin.
Do not let the single-dose vial contact the surface of the wound.

- Single-use and personal use.
- After opening: use immediately and discard the single-dose vial after use.
- Do not use the same single-dose vial for different purposes.
- Not suitable for injections.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Do not use if the single-dose vial is damaged.
- Do not let the single-dose vial contact the eye or wound surface.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- The opened single-dose vial should not be reused: since the product contains no preservatives, reusing this product can pose the risk of administering a contaminated solution.

If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured. If you wish to have insured shipping, you need to check the "Insured Shipping" option available on the payment page, under the "Additional Costs" section. The surcharge for insured shipping is €5.
