Ear Spray

Description
Medical device formulated to remove buildup of earwax from the external auditory canal and helps prevent excessive compaction.
Contains hydrogen peroxide which acts by releasing oxygen capable of mechanically breaking down the wax into smaller fragments that can then be removed more easily. It also contains a stabilizer that, acting as a buffer, maintains the pH at slightly acidic values similar to those of the external auditory canal.
It is indicated for adults and children from 9 years old.

Directions for use
Apply using the specially designed spray dispenser for use in the external auditory canal. Before use, remove any hearing aids that may be present in the ear.
At first use, insert the ear spray dispenser onto the bottle applying gentle pressure; spray repeatedly until the liquid starts to come out.
1. Tilt the head and direct the ear upward, gently pulling it backwards.
2. Insert the device into the external auditory canal and spray the product. Follow the dosage instructions indicated in the table. Keep the head tilted for at least 2 minutes so the product can act.
3. Turn the head in the opposite direction to facilitate the exit of excess liquid and gently dry the ear with a clean cloth.
4. Rinse the dispenser with water and dry it thoroughly. Return the product to its case for subsequent applications.
Before each use, dispense a few sprays into the air until the liquid comes out, then follow the instructions.

Warnings
Do not use the product if:
- allergic to hydrogen peroxide;
- suffering from any form of otitis (e.g., pain, infection, secretion);
- have, or suspect having, a perforated eardrum;
- presence of a tympanostomy tube in the ear;
- recently undergone ear surgery unless instructed otherwise by a doctor.
If excessive discomfort, pain, loss of hearing function, or any other side effect not mentioned occurs, stop treatment and consult a doctor.
Consult a doctor if the problem worsens or does not improve within a reasonable time.
For external use only. Use exclusively in the ear.
In case of accidental contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. Do not ingest. In case of accidental ingestion, contact the nearest poison control center. This product may stain clothing. For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Any serious incident occurring following the use of the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authorities.

If you choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal, there are no additional payment fees. However, if you prefer to pay cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of €4.00, which will be added to the total order amount. You can then pay the total amount in cash to the courier upon delivery. For bank transfer payments, there are no additional costs in the order, but your bank may apply its usual transfer fee.


How can I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.


Can I return a product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service

The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured. If you wish to have insured shipping, you need to check the "Insured Shipping" option available on the payment page, under the "Additional Costs" section. The surcharge for insured shipping is €5.
