Dietary supplement based on magnesium, melatonin, B group vitamins, and plant extracts standardized in active ingredients such as valerenic acids, L-theanine, vitexin, rosmarinic acids.
Contains valerian and lemon balm extract that promote relaxation, sleep (valerian), mental well-being, and normal mood tone (lemon balm).
