Bifidobacterium animalis spp lactis 0.52 billion
Bifidobacterium longum 0.13 billion
Lactobacillus plantarum 0.1 billion
Outer coating of the capsule in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

PROPERTIES OF COMPONENTS
Bifidobacterium infantis
Gram-positive, anaerobic bacterium, belonging to the phylum Actinobacteria. It is found naturally
in the oral cavity and gastrointestinal tract. It helps maintain a healthy digestive tract.
Bifidobacterium breve
Gram-positive, anaerobic bacterium, belonging to the phylum Actinobacteria.
The use of Bifidobacterium breve as a probiotic may be helpful in the treatment of diarrhea, intestinal disorders related to colitis, and inflammatory bowel diseases, as well as in cases of difficult or
slowed digestion.
It is useful for combating symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and IBD (Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases) and for the treatment of obesity.
Bifidobacterium longum
Gram-positive, anaerobic bacterium, belonging to the phylum Actinobacteria. It is a human commensal
and is considered one of the first colonizers of the gastrointestinal tract in newborns. Different strains
of this bacterium, taken as a probiotic, perform various protective functions.
Bifidobacterium bifidum
Gram-positive, anaerobic bacterium, belonging to the phylum Actinobacteria. The use of Bifidobacterium
bifidum as a probiotic may reduce the likelihood of acute diarrhea and the risk of Escherichia
Coli infections.
It also contributes to maintaining the homeostasis of the urogenital mucosa.

Bifidobacterium lactis
Gram-positive, anaerobic bacterium, belonging to the phylum Actinobacteria. It is a powerful strain that
has been shown to combat tumor cell growth, improve digestion, and enhance immune system functions. Bifidobacterium lactis is also responsible for breaking down bodily waste and assisting in the absorption of vitamins and minerals in the intestine.
Lactobacillus plantarum
Bacterium belonging to the family Lactobacillaceae, phylum Firmicutes. They primarily produce
lactic acid from the fermentation of sugars, reducing the pH of the environment in which they grow, but also
acetic acid, ethanol, carbon dioxide, and other secondary compounds. The acidification of their environment
inhibits the growth of certain pathogenic microorganisms.
