Indications

Aroma.mu is a supplement based on the phytocomplex useful for containing the primary or secondary pathological overexpression of the aromatase enzyme, which causes many progressive and systemic chronic dysmetabolic syndromes, including impaired utilization of sugars, lipids, and proteins.
The supplement, in synergy with proper diet and exercise, provides useful support for this complex biological alteration.

Composition

Ganoderma lucidum
The Chinese mushroom of immortality contains at least 400 different highly bioactive compounds.
It is one of the highest Asian adaptogens whose properties are mainly related to reactivating intracellular respiration and boosting ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate).
Known as the mushroom of a thousand years, for its longevity, immunomodulating and invigorating use since 2000 BC.
Maximum adaptogen, in this context it enhances the use of mitochondrial ATP, thanks also to the presence of organic germanium sesquioxide 132.
Pathological aromatase generates hypoxia and slowing of the microcirculation.
Neurologically, it is anti-epileptic, stimulates neuronal growth and nerve growth factor, inhibits acetylcholinesterase both in vitro and in vivo, neuroprotective, brain antioxidant, activates mitochondrial respiratory chain (in the brains of aged rats), inhibits beta-amyloid peptide neurotoxicity, inhibits synaptotoxicity (protecting synaptophysin), inhibits the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons, protective against cerebral hypoxia.

Momordica charantia
Contains a sort of plant insulin (polypeptide-P) and is specifically known as an antidiabetic, antilipidemic, normocholesterolemic.
According to Indian studies, it has high antiviral powers.
It is indicated as an inhibitor of gastric inflammatory pathologies. Eleven PubMed studies list it among therapies against metabolic syndrome-X.
Forty-four studies show it against dysmetabolic obesity, two studies indicate it can restore dopamine, and nine studies connect it to its anti-aromatase potential (anti-estrogenism).
Finally, twenty-five studies investigate its antitumor properties.
All these features position it as a primary nutraceutical antiaromatase.

Epilobium angostifolium
The so-called Forest Carnation, belongs to Native American herbal medicine and was used as a component of salads.
Mainly anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, primarily targeting the intestines, urinary tract, and prostate.
Specifically indicated as an inhibitor of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) and aromatase associated with prostate pathologies.
Inhibits both aromatase and 5-alpha reductase (responsible for converting testosterone into dihydrotestosterone).

Withania
One of the most complex adaptogens in Ayurvedic medicine, with systemic properties.
It also has the ability to restore endogenous dopamine production, essential for reactivating free testosterone and consequently counteracting aromatase, especially in cases resulting from metabolic aging.
As an Ayurvedic adaptogen, it acts by improving and rebalancing brain neuromodulators and orthosympathetic functions (including dopamine), functions generally altered and weakened by hyperaromatase since it is produced both in the brain and muscle.
In India, 1500 tons of Withania are used annually for therapeutic purposes.
According to Mishra, Singh, and Dagenais, it is an anti-inflammatory, antitumor, immunomodulatory, hematopoietic, rejuvenating, anti-stress, antioxidant agent.
Regarding its effects on the CNS, we can mention: GABA-mimetic anxiolytic effect, inhibition of acetylcholinesterase, prolongation of cholinergic action in various brain areas such as frontal, parietal, cingulate, piriform, and retrospinal cortex, stimulation of memory and cognitive functions, lowering the tolerance to the analgesic effect of morphine, stimulation of axon and dendrite growth for neuronal regeneration and synaptic reconstruction, anxiolytic effect comparable to Lorazepam, antidepressant effect comparable to Imipramine, calming action, anticonvulsant, general antispasmodic.
Its effects are non-toxic even at high doses.

Sulforaphane
The isothiocyanate compound present in the cruciferous family (broccoli).
It is active only under specific conditions of the raw plant but becomes active when blanched (less than 5 minutes) and is maximally present in broccoli sprouts.
It is a specific aromatase inhibitor, enhances lipolysis, has antidiabetic properties, and is studied as a prostaglandin normalizer.
It is considered among the top anticancer phytotherapies.

Camitine
Salified, it is a well-known amino acid derivative studied since 1905.
Necessary for neurotransmitter function but also in mitochondrial function, whose efficiency is synonymous with youth, longevity, and metabolic efficiency.

D. Chiro-inositol

Warnings

Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old.

Contraindications

Should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, nor during estrogen stimulation therapies and FSH, not suitable before 18 years of age and in case of concomitant hormone therapies (unless specifically indicated by a healthcare professional).
The dopaminergic action is indirect, but concurrent administration of anti-Parkinsonian drugs should be at the discretion of the prescribing doctor.
The combination of components has blood-thinning properties and, therefore, the suitability of use in relation to anticoagulant therapies should be evaluated.
