One capsule three times a day

COMPOSITION
The daily dose of 1500 mg equivalent to 3 capsules, contains:
-Collagen - powder 395 mg
-Hyaluronic acid - powder 62 mg
-Sulfated glucosamine - powder 188 mg
-Ananas comosus (pineapple) - fruit 125 mg

PROPERTIES OF THE COMPONENTS
Collagen:
is the structural protein responsible for the mechanical protection of the body. It is the main fibrous element of skin, tendons, cartilages, bones. A deficiency of collagen therefore results in poor renewal
of tendon structures. The loss of cartilage in tendons and joints causes the progressive
destruction of these shock-absorbing elements of the joint and creates conditions to favor pain,
loss of joint elasticity, and inflammatory reactions with edema and deformity.
The use of hydrolyzed collagen helps improve joint elasticity and reduce
pain. It is, therefore, ideal for patients with osteoarthritis and athletes for whom it provides a significant
preventive effect.
Hyaluronic acid:
is the main component of synovial fluid. In injuries, cartilage and other joint structures
begin to disintegrate causing the loss of hyaluronic acid, resulting in stiffness and pain. As
age advances, the body's ability to produce this substance decreases, making supplementation necessary. Osteoarthritis is one of the most common conditions: it affects the joints of the spinal
column and knees, causing degenerative lesions. In these subjects, there is
a marked reduction in the viscoelastic capacity of synovial fluid, and hyaluronic acid supplementation plays a protective role against tissues by limiting the penetration of inflammatory cells or
proteolytic enzymes.
Sulfated glucosamine:
is a normal component of glycosaminoglycans. Besides its anti-inflammatory action, its role
is to increase proteoglycan synthesis and reduce collagenase activity. Its effectiveness is therefore aimed at slowing down the thinning of cartilage in joints like the knee or hip, improving
lubrication of the joints and making them more agile. Glucosamine has the characteristic of
being rapidly assimilated, passing into the bloodstream and then actively captured by various
organs: particularly by the articular cartilages where it compensates for the deficiency of this substance by restoring the lost balance. It stimulates the biosynthesis of chondroitin sulfate. With the use of glucosamine, it is therefore possible to halt the wear process of joints both in the elderly and in young
subjects with joints under significant stress.
Ananas comosus:
Has an anti-inflammatory, antiphlogistic, and anti-edema action and is therefore effective in reducing swelling and pain after joint traumas.
The anti-inflammatory properties related to its ability to influence prostaglandin synthesis can be useful in promoting healing of muscle injuries such as strains and sprains.
Considering the inflammatory origin of these conditions, pineapple is recommended to improve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Pineapple is particularly effective in treating inflammatory states of soft tissues associated with trauma, localized inflammations, and post-surgical tissue reactions. Where classic NSAIDs inhibit cyclooxygenase, blocking prostaglandin synthesis,
Bromelain redirects this synthesis, increasing the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory activity at the expense of those with pro-inflammatory activity, thus avoiding the gastrointestinal damage typical of NSAIDs.
