Dietary supplement useful in renal drainage, in the modulation of bladder irritability. Promotes a diuretic, anti-edematous, broad-spectrum detoxifying action.
      Crataegus oxyacantha
Hawthorn shows a recognized sedative and muscle relaxant activity that makes it particularly indicated in states of stress and anxiety. It has been demonstrated that oral administration has calming effects on the CNS, proving particularly effective in sleep disturbances and in situations characterized by excessive emotionality and anxiety, in stress and menopause. It has also been established that the plant helps eliminate the emotional component of certain hypertensive states. The studies carried out show significant activity on the cardiovascular system with a real improvement in exercise resistance. The phytocomplex acts on beta-adrenergic receptors (as a partial agonist) and by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, leading to an increase in the intracellular level of cyclic AMP, which is in turn linked to an increase in free calcium ions; these effects are certainly related to the presence of oligomeric procyanidins and flavonoids such as vitexin. The main actions on the cardiovascular system are as follows: increase in the force of contraction of the heart muscle, antiarrhythmic effect, increased coronary flow, peripheral vasodilation.
      Hieracium pilosella
The plant is used in the treatment of water retention and overweight, showing marked diuretic activity. This activity is associated with an antiuric and antiseptic action, promoting the reparative processes of the bladder mucosa. The plant is also indicated in the treatment of recurring cystitis thanks to umbelliferone, which has antibiotic activity. It also exerts a choleretic and cholagogue action that supports and promotes the detoxifying activity of the liver.
      Equisetum arvense
It is mainly known for its remineralizing action, thanks to its high silica content. This mineral would play a guiding role in facilitating the calcification of bones, especially in the early stages of their formation. It has also been observed that animals fed a diet particularly low in silicon show less formation of callus after a fracture, and their bone shows lower density than animals receiving normal amounts of silicon in their diet. Equisetum has a diuretic action: it has been found useful in edema, in forced diuresis in case of bacterial and inflammatory conditions of the urinary tract, and against kidney stones. The diuresis induced by the drug is purely water-based, without altering the electrolyte content. The plant is widely used in cosmetology for the prevention of wrinkles, skin aging, and cellulite. Given its remineralizing action, it is used in cases of brittle nails and hair.
      Smilax medica
Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective properties have been documented. It is also used to treat enuresis and menopausal symptoms. It is used as a detoxifying agent due to its diuretic and diaphoretic properties. The plant contains trace elements, minerals, sugars, saponins, and steroids. Most of its pharmacological activity comes from saponins and steroids and represents the starting source for the laboratory production of human steroids such as estrogens and testosterone.
      Solidago virga-aurea
Solidago owes its important anti-inflammatory and vitamin P-like action to the presence of flavonoids and triterpene saponins. The components of the tops of solidago have a diuretic and antiuric effect of considerable significance; at the same time, the drug also exhibits significant anti-inflammatory and vasoprotective actions. It is used in folk medicine to stimulate diuresis and facilitate the expulsion of stones. In phytotherapy, it is used to treat acute renal affections and rheumatic disorders with an edematous component. Goldenrod inhibits the growth of candida albicans.
      Spiraea ulmaria
The main constituents are: flavonoids (spireaoside) and monotropitoside, a salicylic glycoside, which upon hydrolysis releases methyl salicylate. It exhibits an azoturic diuretic action and declorurative, anti-rheumatic, uricosuric, sudorific, and antipyretic effects. It is attributed with a positive action against conditions such as: excessive sweating, muscle and joint rheumatism, epicondylitis. It has an important diuretic and anti-cellulite action. Numerous authors confirm its effectiveness in treating edema of the lower limbs, ascites, and joint effusions.

Crataegus oxyacantha (Hawthorn) young shoots; hieracium pilosella (Pilosella) plant; equisetum arvense (Horsetail) plant; smilax medica (Salsaparilla) root; solidago virga-aurea (Solidago) flowering tops; spiraea ulmaria (Meadowsweet) flowers and flowering tops.

Mode of use
Take 10 drops 3 times a day.
