      Laminaria digitata
Thanks to its iodine content, it supports thyroid activity and stimulates metabolism. Due to the presence of potassium, laminarin, fucoxanthin, and alginates, it can enhance drainage, lipid metabolism, and energy expenditure. Regular consumption of laminaria seaweed may improve the circulation of interstitial fluids, progressively reduce water retention and the imperfections of cellulite, counteract fat accumulation, and tone tissues.
      L-Tyrosine Tyrosine is an amino acid found in the proteins of meat, fish, beans, and dairy products. Our body synthesizes tyrosine from phenylalanine, both amino acids are precursors of the neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine. As is well known, these neurotransmitters are natural mood enhancers and are essential in the stress response. They also increase concentration and decrease the feeling of fatigue.

Recommended use
Take 2 capsules per day, away from meals.
