       Olive (Olea europaea)
From a clinical point of view, olive leaves can be used in cases of mild arterial hypertension, as they cause hypotension through a mechanism of peripheral vasodilation without causing depressive action on the heart. The fatty acids contained in olive extract also reduce blood viscosity and facilitate diuresis. The hypotensive effect appears after 20-30 minutes from administration and gradually increases until the disappearance of disturbances caused by the hypertensive state.
       Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
This plant is often used in adults for the treatment of cardiac erethism (palpitations and tachycardia in anxious individuals). Therefore, it has a use quite similar to Hawthorn, to which it is often associated for its activity on the myocardium.
       Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha)
At the cardiac level, it increases blood supply to the myocardium and coronary arteries, resulting in better tolerance to anoxia. The plant acts on the cardiovascular system by dilating the muscle of the vessels, particularly the coronary ones, thus reducing peripheral resistance and causing a hypotensive effect, while also acting directly on the myocardium with a positive inotropic effect. Hawthorn exhibits positive inotropic properties and negative chronotropic properties (strengthens and slows down the contractions of the myocardium), as well as positive dromotropic effects (greater conductivity) and negative bathmotropic effects (greater excitability). In particular, the positive inotropic action is thought to be related to the inhibition of cAMP-phosphodiesterase.
       Pilosella (Hieracium pilosella)
Diuretics function to increase urinary excretion. The increase in urine flow means there is less ""liquid mass"" in the blood, and this decrease, creating a drop in blood volume, causes pressure to decrease. Pilosella is one of the plants with the highest diuretic action due to the presence of umbelliferone. It acts directly at the renal tubules, where it stimulates the excretion of water, sodium, chloride, and nitrogenous waste, without irritating the kidneys in any way.
       Fumitory (Fumaria officinalis)
This plant is almost always used for its effectiveness in the treatment of hepatobiliary disorders. It is interesting to note that Fumitory, in combination with Pilosella and Hawthorn, also acts at the level of the myocardium, helping to control alterations in heartbeats characterized by alternating tachycardia and bradycardia caused by instability of the nervous system.

Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) oil extract	0.002 mcl
Cumin (Cuminum cyminum) oil extract	0.002 mcl
Other ingredients: water; alcohol; honey; Iron-Vitale; Gold-Vitale.

Dosage
Recommended dosage for normal weight individuals.
– Adults: 25 drops 3 times a day in a little water, before meals.
– Up to 12 years: 10 drops 3 times a day in a little water or fruit juice, before meals.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied diet.
