How to use
*Use OptiFibre at the first signs of discomfort. The initial laxative effects may occur between 48 and 72 hours, depending on personal sensitivity. To restore intestinal flora, use OptiFibre for at least 14 days. Since OptiFibre’s action is natural, its use can be repeated as per medical advice. Easy to use, it easily integrates into daily diet. Has neutral taste and aroma, does not alter the structure of foods. Mix with all non-carbonated drinks (such as coffee, fruit juices), or foods (like yogurt, soups) hot or cold. Use OptiFibre gradually, adjusting according to age, needs, and medical indications. The daily dose should be spread throughout the day and not exceeded without medical advice.
Adults: start with 1 scoop per day and, if necessary, gradually increase by 1 scoop every 3 days. Never exceed 4 scoops per day (20 g).
Children from 3 to 10 years: start with 1/2 scoop per day and, if necessary, increase to 1 scoop from the 4th day.
Never exceed 1 scoop per day (5 g).
Children from 10 years onwards: if necessary, increase further to 2 scoops from the 7th day (10 g).
Example for an adult, from the 1st to the 3rd day: 1 scoop per day (in the morning). If necessary, from the 4th to the 6th day: 2 scoops/day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
If further necessary: maximum 4 scoops per day (spread throughout the day).

Warnings
Use under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Use only the included scoop.

Storage
Store in a dry place away from heat sources. Shelf life if unopened: 24 months.
After opening, use within 8 weeks. The prepared product should be consumed within 4 hours if stored at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

However, if you prefer to pay cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of €4.00, which will be added to the total order amount. You can then pay the total amount in cash to the courier upon delivery. For bank transfer payments, there are no additional costs in the order, but your bank may apply its usual transfer fee.


How can I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.


Can I return a product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS and BRT Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service

The partnered couriers GLS or BRT will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
