PHARMACLEAN
The Cleanear cone is a product for ear hygiene, through its slow combustion, it provides a heating action that promotes the softening of earwax and consequently, through gentle decompression beneficial for the ear (amino effect), it removes it along with any debris, thus facilitating the physiological and natural expulsion of excess earwax.
Directions for use
Apply to each ear individually in the same session.
1. Insert the cone into the hole of the flame-retardant protective disc until it fits perfectly with it, with the aluminum side facing the wider part of the cone. Do not remove the disc during application.
2. Rest your head on a flat surface (table or similar) so that the ear is in a horizontal position. Apply the hair protector.
3. Gently insert the cone into the ear with a circular motion to seal it hermetically. Light the cone at the wider end and let the fire burn it slowly. Hold it vertically with your hand, without moving, throughout the application.
4. When the flame is near the flame-retardant protection disc, the application is finished.
5. Carefully remove the cone and extinguish it in water. The residues deposited inside the unburned part of the cone are the result of its combustion. The duration of the application is about 6 minutes.
Warnings
Never perform more than one application on each ear in the same session.
Smoke escaping from the ear indicates that the cone was not correctly inserted into the ear, or moved.
In this case, do not remove the cone, but restore the correct position for the smoke to stop.
The use of fire requires the utmost caution. Only apply with the assistance of people able to ensure proper supervision, following the instructions, usage, and handling guidelines.
Avoid use on people prone to involuntary movements.
Before use, gather and protect hair with the dedicated hair protector.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the cone without the proper safety devices.
Do not leave the cone burning beyond the indicated limit.
Do not perform the application in places exposed to: air currents, presence of gases and/or flammable substances.
Do not light the cone before placing it in the ear.
The use of cones is not recommended for children up to 12 years old.
A specialist ENT doctor must first be consulted to confirm the presence of earwax blockage and to verify that any existing disturbances are due to this and not other ear pathologies.
The product is exclusively for hygiene purposes.
Avoid use if you are proven to be allergic to wax and beeswax.

If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. The partnered couriers GLS or BRT will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs

Shipping and Delivery Methods
