Description
Dietary supplement of potassium citrate, vitamin B6, and extracts of Phyllanthus niruri, with sugar, useful in case of increased physiological needs or decreased dietary intake of the nutrients it contains.

The test strips, included in the package, are a self-analysis tool that allows measuring the pH of urine. The test strips contain reagents that, upon contact with certain substances in urine, can produce color changes within a few minutes.

Directions for Use
The product is concentrated in a sachet to be used after reconstitution in 150 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water), twice a day.
Using the test strips
It is preferable to measure urinary pH in the morning, following these procedures:
1. collect a part of urine in a special container;
2. with dry hands, pick a test strip from the plastic bag attached to the package;
3. immerse one tip of the test strip into the urine in the container for a few seconds;
4. remove the test strip from the container and let the excess urine drip off;
5. after a few minutes, compare the color of the test strip with the reference color chart printed on the leaflet contained inside the plastic bag;
6. note down the detected pH, the date, and the time on a piece of paper;
7. dispose of the test strip in the household waste bin;
8. communicate the urine pH values to the doctor, to allow them to assess and, if necessary, adjust the dosage personalized to your needs.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years old. Supplements are not meant as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For potassium intake, consult your doctor.
The simultaneous use of certain medications may interfere with potassium retention in the body. The product is not recommended for children.
Contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia (excessive potassium levels in the blood), kidney failure, patients undergoing digitalis therapy, patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
In cardiac patients, the use of this product should be avoided due to the risk of hyperkalemia. Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
Administration of the product, in individuals taking medications such as potassium-sparing diuretics (amiloride, triamterene), aldosterone antagonists (spironolactone), ACE inhibitors, anticholinergic drugs, or potentially nephrotoxic medicines (NSAIDs), should only occur under strict medical supervision.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place protected from light, sources of heat, solar rays, and avoid contact with water.
