Energy supplement that contains a blend of carbohydrates and sugars with long, medium, and rapid absorption (maltodextrins, fructose, and dextrose). Indicated for all endurance sports, particularly cycling, running, or triathlon. It is recommended for immediate and long-term energy supply (1-2 hours). Orange flavor.
Maltodextrins
They are the product of starch breakdown, by the enzyme alpha-amylase. Starch is a long polymer of glucose, made up of chains of amylose (linear chain) and amylopectin (branched chain). These long chains of glucose are nothing but a reserve of sugars that are gradually released, ensuring the immediate absorption of these sugars and a supply of energy for the entire duration of the required activity.
Dextrose
is a simple sugar rapidly bioavailable. Dextrose represents the main energy source for our cells and many other organisms.
Fructose
is a simple sugar that is metabolized mostly in the liver, although the affinity of the enzymes that use it is much lower than that of common sucrose (disaccharide formed by the binding of one glucose molecule and one fructose molecule), therefore its utilization is slower and more gradual. Fructose is present in large quantities in adipose tissue, where it is used when glucose is deficient following activation promoted by the hormone glucagon; fructose does not alter blood glucose levels and consequently does not influence the release of insulin from pancreatic cells.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
