Description
Dietary supplement and serves as a complement to the diet of individuals who require nutrients useful for the physiological function of the musculature. REBILFAST provides branched amino acids, nutrients useful in an athlete's diet and combines creatine, vitamins, and minerals. Creatine (at a dose of 3 g/day) can increase the physical performance of adults engaging in intense physical activity, especially in repetitive activities of high intensity and short duration. Zinc and magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis, and calcium and magnesium also help support a physiological energy metabolism and normal muscle function. The presence of vitamin B6 contributes to a normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the physiological function of bones and cartilage. REBILFAST is sugar-free and may also be suitable for diabetics.

Usage methods
1 or 2 sachets per day, preferably away from main meals. Since the product is concentrated in amino acids, it should be dissolved in plenty of water, about 150-180 ml. To facilitate better dissolution, it is recommended to pour the powder first and then the water and mix vigorously for about 1 minute or until fully dispersed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended intake. Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. The beneficial effect of creatine is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine (equivalent to 2 sachets of the product). Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended only for adults; do not use in children, pregnant women, and during breastfeeding, or for extended periods without medical advice. The expiration date refers to the product in an intact package properly stored.
