Description
Class IIa medical device.
Liquid product sachets useful for proper intestinal function and for treating symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
Promotes normalization of intestinal bacterial flora, reduces abdominal bloating, abdominal pain, and cramps.

Usage modes
Take 1 sachet per day. It is possible to increase the dose to 2 sachets per day. The product can be taken directly from the sachet or diluted in water or other drinks (juices, yogurt). The recommended duration of treatment is 4 weeks (28 days). If after this period a significant improvement in symptoms has not been achieved, consult a doctor.
Before a scheduled surgical procedure, it is advisable to stop the treatment for at least 2 weeks.

Components
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum and simethicone; excipients: water, vegetable glycerin, sucralose, citric acid, pear flavor, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, polysorbate 80, sucrose esters.

Warnings
The medical device may delay or reduce the absorption of drugs and/or dietary supplements taken simultaneously. In any case, it is recommended to space the intake of the product at least 2 hours apart from that of drugs or dietary supplements.
The use of the device is contraindicated in cases of hiatal hernia, esophageal narrowing, or intestinal obstructions. The product may interfere with the action of some reagents used in diagnostics such as guaiac gum. Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to the product, to one of the components, to simethicone or guar gum.
Moreover, in case of concurrent intake of oral contraceptives, thyroid drugs, or thyroid hormones and antibiotics, take Redisolv only after consulting a doctor. The components of the product have hypoglycemic effects that may combine with those caused by antidiabetic drugs; therefore, diabetic patients must consult a doctor before taking the product.
Do not use the product below 12 years of age. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, only take if truly necessary and after consulting a doctor.
It is recommended not to take quantities larger than those indicated, as higher doses may cause the onset of unexpected adverse effects.
Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not take in case of intolerance to the product.

Storage
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly stored.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources: open the sachet only at the time of use.
Do not use if the sachet is damaged.
Store the product at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

How can I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.


Can I return a product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service

The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured. If you wish to have insured shipping, you need to check the "Insured Shipping" option available on the payment page, under the "Additional Costs" section. The surcharge for insured shipping is €5.
