Single-use sterile dressing to promote the healing of skin lesions.
Thanks to the presence of manuka honey and adelmidrol, Repy Dress HA promotes proper skin healing of lesions of any origin (e.g.: traumatic, surgical, burns, avulsions, from scratching).
Repy Dress HA is a single-use sterile gauze made of 100% pure cotton soaked with a medical-grade manuka honey solution and adelmidrol.
The mono-floral manuka honey helps maintain the right moisture during healing. Additionally, it controls the development of superficial microflora, thanks to its high content of methylglyoxal (MGO), a natural antimicrobial agent in honey that has also proven effective in reducing bacterial biofilm. Adelmidrol, a water-soluble analogue of palmitoylethanolamide, can optimize healing and improve the elasticity of skin tissues. It also has soothing and anti-redness action.

Usage Instructions
- Clean the affected area and apply a thin layer of Repy Gel before applying the dressing.
- Open the package and remove one of the two protective films.
- Apply the side of the gauze without the film on the affected skin surface; then remove the second protective film.
- Secure the dressing with an adhesive bandage.
- Replace daily in case of abundant exudate; reduce the frequency of change as healing progresses and exudates decrease. Replace at most every 3 days (or earlier if the dressing is completely dry).
- Apply a thin layer of Repy Gel every time the dressing is changed.
- Remove the dressing slowly and gently, using tweezers or two fingers (preferably wearing sterile gloves). If the dressing adheres to the area, moisten with sterile saline solution before proceeding with removal.

If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
