Revamil Melginate is a dressing indicated for exudating wounds.
It is composed of natural fibers of calcium alginate (100%) in combination with Revamil honey rich in enzymes.
The alginate fibers form a non-woven fabric reinforced by a special needling process.
The alginate sheet is impregnated in the central part with 7 g of honey per 100 cm2.
Revamil Melginate is packaged in a protective blister and sealed inside a sterile case.
The finished product is sterilized by gamma rays.
Revamil Melginate, applied to exudating lesions, rapidly absorbs the fluid by gelation.
The needling process ensures excellent resistance to fluids for Revamil Melginate, facilitating complete removal of the dressing without leaving residues on the wound.
The gel formed by the alginate in combination with Revamil honey (thanks to the low pH) has a strong antibacterial action and keeps the wound environment moist.
Thanks to fluid absorption, the perilesional skin is protected from maceration.
This allows fluid absorption of 12 g per 100 cm2, meeting the absorption requirements as defined by the British Pharmacopoeia.
Revamil Melginate is indicated for managing various types of exudating wounds, including infected ones (surgical, traumatic, oncological, vascular lesions, diabetic foot, radiation-induced lesions, minor first and second-degree burns, pressure ulcers).
Directions for use
Wash the lesion with saline solution and apply Revamil Melginate, trying to enclose it as much as possible within the edges of the wound.
Revamil Melginate should be replaced upon complete gelation (the product mixes with the exudate and changes its consistency); replace Revamil Melginate every 48/72 hours; when the product no longer gels completely within 48/72 hours, the dressing can be continued with "Revamil gel" or "Revamil wound dressing".

How can I know when my order will arrive?
You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.
Can I return a product?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured. If you wish to have insured shipping, you need to check the "Insured Shipping" option available on the payment page, under the "Additional Costs" section. The surcharge for insured shipping is €5.

Shipping and Delivery Methods
