TABLET DOSAGE
Adults: 3-6 tablets per day
Children: 1-3 tablets per day
If you are starting spirulina intake, gradually increase the dose:
- For the first two days, take 1 tablet a day
- In the next two days, take 2 tablets a day
- For the following two days, take 3 tablets a day, etc., until reaching the necessary dose of 3-6 tablets.
- Take the tablets with water immediately before meals.
- If you are following a weight loss diet, take the tablets with a large glass of water half an hour before meals.
- You can take the entire daily dose in the morning or divided throughout the day.
