Stilflog cream is a useful aid for:

ACTION:

1st anesthetic action
The essential oil of MENTHA PIPERITA is refreshing and anesthetic. When applied to the skin, it causes an initial vasoconstriction followed by pronounced vasodilation with a rubefacient effect and causes local anesthesia partly due to the action on cold receptors.

2nd vasotonic action
Centella Asiatica contains a series of pentacyclic triterpenoids generically called centelloids produced as secondary metabolites. Centelloids act on the venous connective tissue preventing and treating venous insufficiency and thus the swelling and heaviness of the legs and ankles that result, but also pain in the veins
and night cramps. Moreover, the extract of centella is also able to accelerate the healing of wounds, skin lesions, and first and second-degree burns. Thanks to its beneficial property on blood vessels and connective tissue, it can also be useful in the treatment of cellulite and stretch marks.

3rd lymphatic draining action
ESCIN is a mixture of saponins with anti-inflammatory, vasoprotective, and vasoconstrictive activity. β-escin in particular is considered the main molecule
responsible for the vasoprotective effects. Escin acts at various levels:

    Escin prevents and reduces edema. The anti-edematous effect is
    related to selective vascular permeability, which causes an
    increase in venous and arterial tone. Escin reduces the fragility of
    capillaries and thus prevents the infiltration of fluid into the interstitial
    tissue (the primary cause of edema).
  • Anti-inflammatory properties

  • Venotonic properties
