DISTANCE CHAMBER FOR INHALERS

Indications
Holding chamber with valve that helps to use metered-dose inhalers (MDI). It helps to improve the effectiveness of drug delivery at the pulmonary level, reducing side effects.

Dose and Method of Use
1 - before using, carefully examine the product, ensuring it is correctly assembled and that there are no foreign bodies or missing components. Remove any foreign body before use.
2- before using, read the instructions provided with the MDI. Remove the cap from the MDI;
3- insert the MDI into the base;
4- apply the mask to the face and ensure there is a complete seal between the mask and face. To prevent the mask from being crushed, hold the device in a way that supports both the mask and the chamber with your hand;
5- press the MDI and inhale slowly through the mouth. Keep the mask pressed firmly against the face for at least 5 breaths after pressing the inhaler. During inhalation, air enters through the openings at the bottom which facilitates the inhalation of the aerosol. Exhaled air exits through the exhalation valve;
6- wait 30 seconds before administering another dose of medication (repeat steps 4-5), or as directed by the doctor. Administer only one puff of medication at a time and follow the doctor's dosing instructions.

Cleaning Instructions
If the device is used only by one person, clean it as indicated. If the device is used by multiple people, after each use, in addition to cleaning, sterilization in an autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes is necessary. The device can be sterilized without compromising its functional characteristics up to 20 times, after which it must be replaced. If deemed appropriate, for thorough cleaning, it is possible to boil the device or wash it in the dishwasher.
A - the product should be cleaned following these instructions before first use and then at least once a week: remove the base and mask;
B - soak the parts for 15 minutes in warm water with a neutral detergent with disinfectant action. Gently agitate;
C - rinse in clean water;
D - shake to remove excess water as shown. Do not use dry cloths to dry the parts of the device. Ensure the parts are dry before reassembling them;
E - reattach the base and mask when the parts are completely dry and ready for use. Align the alignment arrow on the rear component with the alignment groove on the body as shown.

Warnings
Replace the product in case there is a damaged component. Some components may be swallowed by children due to their size. Do not leave these components unattended. Adult supervision is always necessary. Do not disassemble the product beyond what is indicated in the cleaning instructions. In case of doubt about the use of the product, consult the doctor or pharmacist. Clean the product only as indicated in these instructions to ensure its effective operation.

Storage
When not in use, store the product in a clean container.
Replace the product after 24 months of continuous use.

How can I know when my order will arrive?

You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.


Can I return a product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service

The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
