Description
Soft and comfortable fabric band with special patented cells that contain natural components (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) which develop heat when in contact with the oxygen in the air. When applied for 8 hours, the constant heat of ThermaCare provides prolonged relief from pain for up to 16 hours.
The prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles by:
• delivering more oxygen to the damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
• stimulating temperature-sensitive nerve endings, interrupting the transmission of pain and thus promoting muscle relaxation.
Effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis.

Instructions for use
Open the packaging when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Place on the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin and fasten the band. For those over 55 years of age, wear ThermaCare over a thin piece of clothing (fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend wearing ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold among regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in case of:
• if the contents of the cells leak out and/or the band is damaged;
• with creams or medicated ointments, adhesive patches, or other heat sources;
• on scratched or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swellings that occurred in the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by people who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product by themselves, including children and dependent elderly individuals.

Consult your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product may cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns, and if found, immediately discontinue use.
• If an excessive feeling of heat is felt, stop using it or wear ThermaCare over a piece of clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.
• For those over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age; wear ThermaCare over a piece of clothing and do not use the band while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) exams.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure on the worn product.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent change occurs at the skin level where the product was worn or if pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The cells that generate heat contain iron (about 2 grams). If the iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the band, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also, in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave) or attempting to heat it, as the band may catch fire.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging and label.
