A wrap made of soft and comfortable material with special patented cells that contain natural components (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that develop heat upon contact with the oxygen in the air. Instructions for use
Open the package when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper from one of the adhesive tabs. Place over the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin and press firmly the adhesive tab onto the skin. Remove the protective paper from the other adhesive tab and press firmly onto the skin. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold among normal household waste.
Warnings
Do not use if:
• if the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
• with creams or medicated ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on scratched or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swellings that appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on areas of the body insensitive to heat;
• by persons who are unable to follow all usage instructions or who cannot remove the product on their own, including children and nonsupportive elderly.
Consult your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product may cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns, and if found, immediately discontinue use.
• If excessive warmth is felt, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.
• Above 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases over the years, wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI examinations (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
• In case of use on the wrist, take care not to overlap the cells.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure on the worn product.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent change in the skin where the product was worn occurs, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (about 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also consult a doctor in case of accidental ingestion.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave) or trying to heat it, as the wrap may catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date printed on the package and label.

How much does payment cost?
If you choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal, there are no additional payment fees. However, if you prefer to pay cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of €4.00, which will be added to the total order amount. You can then pay the total amount in cash to the courier upon delivery. For bank transfer payments, there are no additional costs in the order, but your bank may apply its usual transfer fee.
How can I know when my order will arrive?
You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.
Can I return a product?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured. If you wish to have insured shipping, you need to check the "Insured Shipping" option available on the payment page, under the "Additional Costs" section. The surcharge for insured shipping is €5.
