Description
A soft and comfortable material band with special patented cells containing natural components (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that develop heat upon contact with oxygen in the air.
Prolonged heat at a constant temperature increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles, as it:
• brings more oxygen to the damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
• stimulates nerve endings sensitive to temperature, interrupting pain transmission and thus promoting muscle relaxation.
Effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis.
Suitable for chronic and occasional pain.

Instructions for use
Open the packaging when you are ready for use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper to reveal the adhesive side. Place on the painful area and press firmly against the skin. Take care during application not to overlap the cells. Do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes. Above 55 years of age, wear Thermacare over a thin layer of clothing (or fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be discarded hot or cold among regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in case of:
• if the contents of the cells leak out and/or the band is damaged;
• with creams or medicated ointments, patches, or other sources of heat;
• on scratched or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swelling that appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by persons who are unable to follow all usage instructions or who are unable to remove the product on their own, including children and dependent elderly;
• do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes.

Consult your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product may cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns, and if any are found, discontinue use immediately.
• If an excessive warming sensation is felt, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.
• Above 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age; wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the band while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) exams.
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure on the worn product, such as leaning against hard surfaces, nor wear it under tight clothing or belts.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent skin changes occur in the area where the product was worn, or if pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The cells that generate heat contain iron (about 2 grams). If the iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the band, rinse abundantly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also, in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave) or attempting to warm it, as the band may catch fire.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging and label.
