TROSYD REPAIR
Medical device for topical use containing T-LysYal (supermolecular aggregate). Biological modulator of skin structures: dermis and epithelium. Modulates the healing process of dermo-epidermal lesions thanks to its ability to reactivate regenerative processes.
Cream to be used as an adjunct in the therapy of: abrasions and skin scuffs, burns, wounds, hematomas, and chemical peels. T-LysYal, present in the device, has the hygroscopic capacity of the polymer chain of hyaluronic acid, a fundamental structural component of the extracellular matrix (ECM). It helps keep the matrix hydrated while supporting its structural integrity. Due to its high hygroscopicity, T-LysYal solutions have a high molecular transport capacity, more closely reproducing the physiological action of endogenous hyaluronic acid, inducing increased hydration of the dermis, facilitating cell turnover, and removing free radicals: all of which promote the processes of repair and regeneration of dermo-epidermal lesions.
Directions for use
Wash hands before proceeding.
Clean the wound with saline solution.
Apply a thin layer of the product over the entire affected area, mainly on the edges.
Protect everything with a secondary dressing, preferably gauze dressings for direct contact with the lesion.
Repeat application 1-2 times a day until complete healing.
On edema and hematomas, apply, without massaging, a thin layer 2-3 times a day without dressing.

Warnings
The product is intended for topical use.
Applying Trosyd Repair requires adherence to the most common hygiene and asepsis standards, so wash hands carefully before applying it to broken skin.
Cleaning the affected area should only be performed with saline solution to remove any foreign bodies, while excess secretion and/or blood should be dabbed with gauze pads.
Do not use in conjunction with other products.
In the presence of pus material, consult a doctor before proceeding with use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not ingest.
The product is contraindicated in subjects with known allergies/hypersensitivity to any of the components.
No clinically relevant side effects are known.
When applied to broken skin, a burning sensation may occur, which usually resolves spontaneously after a few seconds.
If any adverse effects different from those described appear, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Any serious event related to the device must be reported to the manufacturer SILDEHA and the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is established.
Although no effects of Trosyd Repair cream are known during pregnancy and/or lactation, its use in these cases is subject to medical judgment.

How can I know when my order will arrive?
You can track your order shipment using the tracking code you will receive via email. The courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be stored at the nearest GLS office. In this case, you will need to pick up the package from the office to avoid the order being returned to us and incurring additional costs.

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS and BRT Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered couriers GLS or BRT will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
