PARAFFINA LIQUIDA
Trattamento della stipsi occasionale nell’adulto e nel bambino dai 6 anni di età. Il prodotto riveste le feci creando un film lipidico lungo le pareti intestinali, rallentando l’assorbimento fisiologico dell’acqua intestinale. L’acqua in eccesso ammorbidisce le feci e ne facilita il passaggio all’interno dell’intestino, senza irritare la mucosa.
Modalità d'uso
Da 6 a 11 anni: 2-3 cucchiaini al giorno, in un’unica somministrazione.
Da 12 anni in su: 2-3 cucchiai da tavola al giorno, in un’unica somministrazione.
Assumere il prodotto durante o dopo i pasti, preferibilmente la sera, almeno un’ora prima del sonno. Agitare il flacone prima dell’uso.

Avvertenze
Non utilizzare in caso di:
- ipersensibilità (allergia) verso uno dei componenti;
- nausea, vomito, dolore addominale acuto o di origine sconosciuta;
- ostruzione o stenosi intestinale;
- disturbi a carico dell’apparato gastrointestinale come appendicite, colite ulcerosa, sanguinamento rettale di origine sconosciuta;
- crisi emorroidale acuta con dolore e sanguinamento;
- grave stato di disidratazione;
- soggetti con difficoltà ad ingerire o che presentano patologie (ad esempio ernia iatale) o condizioni (ad es. soggetti debilitati costretti a letto) che comportano il rischio di rigurgito;
- colostomia/ileostomia.
Non utilizzare nei bambini al di sotto dei 3 anni di età a causa del rischio di polmonite lipoidea.
Possibili effetti indesiderati
Disturbi del metabolismo e nutrizionali dato che interferisce con l’assorbimento di lipo-nutrienti come vitamine A, D, E, K nell’uso prolungato. Può causare crampi isolati o coliche addominali, più frequenti in caso di stitichezza grave.
Può dare stillicidio (perdita, gocciolamento) rettale di paraffina con conseguente irritazione anale e prurito, sanguinamento rettale in seguito all’uso prolungato. Polmonite lipoidea e embolia oleosa, dovuti a inalazione accidentale del prodotto.
Sovradosaggio e abuso
L’abuso di lassativi, uso frequente/prolungato o in dosi eccessive, causa dolori addominali, diarrea persistente con conseguente perdita di acqua, sali minerali (potassio in particolare) e altri fattori nutrienti. Le perdite di liquidi ed elettroliti devono essere rimpiazzate. Gli squilibri elettrolitici danno sintomi quali: sete, vomito, indebolimento, edema, dolori alle ossa (osteomalacia) e ipoalbuminemia. In casi gravi può insorgere disidratazione o ipopotassemia, possibile causa di disfunzioni cardiache o neuromuscolari, specialmente in caso di concomitante terapia con glicosidi cardiaci, diuretici o corticosteroidi.
Se gli episodi di stitichezza si presentano ripetutamente deve essere consultato il medico.
Non utilizzare in caso di assunzione concomitante di altri lassativi o ammorbidenti delle feci. I prodotti con effetto lassativo devono essere usati il meno frequentemente possibile e per non più di sette giorni. Una dieta ricca di liquidi favorisce l’effetto del prodotto. Non utilizzare il prodotto in caso di confezione danneggiata, o dopo la scadenza riportata sulla confezione.

Of course, if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, you can send back the unopened, unused, and undamaged product. For the shipment, you can choose a courier of your choice at your expense, send it back to us, and once the product's condition has been checked, the product amount will be refunded. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, the product amount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. In case of delivery errors, the return will be completely at our expense.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €0.99 for orders over €25 and €5.99 for orders below €25. Please note that shipments are not insured.
