VULNAMIN GEL
It is an invasive medical device made in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. It is intended to promote the restoration of a moist microenvironment in particularly dry wounds while supporting the shedding and granulation phase of undressed skin lesions.
It is a hydrogel used to hyperhydrate necrotic tissue and induce autolysis, stimulating the granulation of the underlying vital tissue. It thus facilitates the cleaning of the wound bed covered with necrosis, fibrin, and cellular debris, supporting tissue repair recovery.
Unlike many astringent substances that cause vasoconstriction, soaps that can generally cause edema or dehydration, or alcohol rubs that can damage by removing skin fats, making the skin drier and more prone to cracking, Vulnamin Gel promotes the removal of necrotic tissues and protects skin integrity. Vulnamin Gel does not have astringent or vasoconstrictive action but promotes the lysis of necrotic tissues and supports granulation of the underlying vital tissues. Cover with secondary dressing.
Mode of use
After cleaning the wound, apply a uniform layer over the entire lesion area, staying within the wound edges.
The interval between dressing changes mainly depends on the wound condition. The dressing change should be proportional to the wound exudation; it is recommended to change every other day or, at most, every three days.
Components
Purified water; hyaluronic acid sodium; glycine; L-proline; L-leucine; L-lysine HCl; methyl parahydroxybenzoate; propyl parahydroxybenzoate; propylene glycol.
Warnings
Before dressing the wound, wash your hands thoroughly. Remove any foreign material from the wound by spraying saline solution from the inside outward. After thoroughly cleaning the area to be treated, gently pat the wound with gauze to remove excess blood. If the lesion does not require further intervention, after cleaning the wound, apply Vulnamin Gel.
Contraindicated in cases of confirmed hypersensitivity to the components. Overdose phenomena are not known. Side effects are not known. Drug interactions with medications and medicinal substances are not known. Although no secondary effects are known during pregnancy and breastfeeding, application is advisable only under medical judgment.
Vulnamin Gel is a product characterized by good tolerability; occasional feelings of burning may occur, due to the hypertonicity of the product which defines its effectiveness in cleansing. Such sensation usually resolves spontaneously. Application of the gel may cause maceration of perilesional skin, which is a harmless event that resolves spontaneously by airing the area for a few minutes.
The expiration date refers to the product when sealed and properly stored. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not sterilize. Product for external use only. Do not use if the packaging is open or damaged. Do not use in case of confirmed hypersensitivity to the components. The use of drying materials in combination with Vulnamin Gel is not recommended. In case of reactions or local signs of infection (edema, erythema, secretion, color, pain), discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Close the tube carefully after use. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Vulnamin Gel should be stored at a temperature between 8°C and 30°C. Do not store in the fridge. Keep in a cool, dry place, protected from humidity and heat sources.

GLS Express Courier for Pickup/Delivery Service
The partnered courier GLS will collect the goods purchased on pillolastore.com from the OMEOSEI Srl warehouse. The delivery address is specified during the order confirmation (checkout) by the customer. Please fill in the destination details correctly to avoid failed deliveries or storage issues.
Shipping Costs
